Your Therapy Experience

Sessions are virtual for clients up to age 25 in Ontario.

The first session is a gentle way for us to meet and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s going on and explore your goals for therapy, ensuring everyone—youth and caregivers alike—feels comfortable and heard from the very start.

Ongoing sessions are a collaborative space where we work together to build emotional intelligence and practical coping skills. Using a trauma-informed lens, we navigate life’s hurdles at your pace, fostering resilience through safe exploration.

Your privacy is our priority. What you share is confidential, with specific safety exceptions required by law. We’ll discuss these clearly together so you always know you are in a secure and trusted environment.
